Right Step Therapy LLC adheres to the standards of the Public Health Service Act, which requires health
care providers to provide individuals who will incur charges for medical services a ‘Good Faith Estimate’
of expected charges prior to initiating treatment.
Right Step Therapy will provide a written Good Faith Estimate (GFE) in order to estimate the expected
charges for physical and/or occupational therapy services when out of pocket expenses are anticipated.
Right Step Therapy will provide a GFE at least one business day prior to delivery of physical and/or
occupational therapy services.
Per the Public Health Service Act, Right Step Therapy LLC will not issue a bill more than $400 over the
GFE. Please make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
